1. What if I don't have a Paypal account? How can I create one?
PayPal's home page is: http://www.paypal.com. There is a Sign Up link at the top that you can follow, or take this link directly to it: Register with paypal
If you are a parent, it is imperative that you make all purchases with your paypal account for your child. DO NOT give your child (or anyone else) access to your PayPal account. Giving access to your PayPal account is as good as giving full access to your credit card. The majority of fraudulent orders come from minors using their parent's credit cards or Paypal accounts without permission. If you are a parent and you would like to receive a phone call or email to verify every order that is made with your account, we are happy to do that.

2. What information should I include with my payment?
The more the better. If you are paying by PayPal or by credit card, we would appreciate if you include your valid address and phone number. This helps us weed out the fraudulent orders. The more information you provide, the easier it will be to confirm your identity. If you're paying by one of the alternate methods, we will ask you for all the information we need in an email. We will never use personal information for purposes other than verifying the integrity of your order.

3. Do you accept orders from outside the United States?
Yes, we accept orders from anywhere and we only accept paypal as of now.

4. How do I know that you will deliver the items to me after I've paid?
The person who will be taking care of your order and ensuring that you will get exactly what you paid for has been in the business for years now. He has worked for many other online d2 stores making sure of prompt service and customer satisfaction. Give us a try and see for yourself.

5. How will the items/currencies be delivered to me?
We will create a mule account to hold the item(s) you ordered. The login and password of this account will be e-mailed to your primary Paypal address/Email address. After you have received the email, it is your responsibility to remove the items from the mule account before it expires we are available to help you transfer after receiving your items.

6. How long does it take to get my items once I've paid?
Orders will take anywhere between 1-2 days at the most but we guarantee that your order will be delivered to you way before that time.

7. You don't have an item I'm looking for. Can I put in a request?
Definitely. If you don't see the item you want, just ask! New items are added on a regular basis and it's likely we have what you're looking for or can acquire it quickly.

8. Do you buy or trade items?
No we don't.

9. Is your site hiring for any positions?
Not at the moment. If you think you can be of some special service that we haven't thought of, feel free to write to us and explain how you can be of value. We are not looking for magic finders or spammers or anyone to help with email or item delivery. 11. What exactly am I buying?
For Diablo II, you are buying the information associated with a mule account that has the items you want on them.
